Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Setunox VPN handles information when you use the Setunox VPN app and related services.

Who operates Setunox VPN

Setunox VPN is provided by the Setunox team. For privacy questions, contact support@setunox.com.

VPN traffic handling

When you connect, Setunox VPN creates a VPN tunnel and routes device network traffic through Setunox VPN servers.

Information we collect

How we use information

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers for Google sign-in, authentication, hosting, and diagnostics. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy commitments. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to secure the service.

Security

Setunox uses encrypted network transport for app API communication. The Android app disables backup for app data and stores sensitive local VPN configuration using encrypted preferences backed by Android Keystore when available.

Retention

Account and service records are kept while your account is active. Some records may be retained for a limited period after deletion when needed for security, troubleshooting, accounting, or legal compliance.

Your choices and account deletion

You can request deletion of your Setunox account and associated app data using the in-app account deletion feature or the public deletion instructions at setunox.com/account/delete.

Children

Setunox VPN is not intended for children. Do not use Setunox VPN if you are not old enough to consent to this policy in your location.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app, backend, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
