Delete your Setunox account

You can delete your Setunox account from inside the app or request deletion using the web-accessible instructions below.

Fastest method: in the app

Open Setunox VPN.
Go to Account.
Select Delete account.
Confirm the deletion request.

The app will disconnect any active VPN tunnel, call the Setunox backend deletion endpoint, delete your Setunox login account, and clear local app data from the device.

If you cannot access the app, email support@setunox.com from the Google account you used to sign in to Setunox VPN.

Subject: Delete Setunox account

Message: Please delete my Setunox VPN account and associated app data.

What will be deleted

Your Setunox app account record.
Your Setunox login account.
Local auth display state and local VPN credentials on devices where you use in-app deletion.
Associated app service data unless retention is required for security, accounting, or legal reasons.

Timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately when the backend deletion completes successfully. Email requests are reviewed and processed as soon as practical after we verify account ownership.
